Processing Time

• All items are made to order.
• Please allow 2-7 business days for production before your order ships.
• During new releases, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. 
  

Shipping 

• Once your order has been printed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
• Shipping times vary depending on your location: 
  • Guam: Typically 7-14 business days after production.
  • United States: Typically 3-7 business days after production. 
  • International: Delivery times vary by destination. 

Please note that shipping estimates do not include production time. 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey. 

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and could arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment. 

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for your delivery. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, contact us and we will gladly help however we can.
