Refund policy

At Binådu Street Tees, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review the size charts and product details carefully before placing your order. 

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right. 

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with: 

  • Your order number 
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once your claim is reviewed, we'll provide a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed. 

 

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if production has not yet started. Because all products are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted for printing. 

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. 

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

  • Made-to-order apparel
  • Hats and accessories
  • Sale or clearance items
